Reset Password not working?

Thanks for visiting the test blog for!

Has our automated password reset function failed you in the last two weeks? If so, can you leave a comment on this post?

When you post your comment, please include:

  • the URL or HTTP address of the blog that we are tracking for you. That way, we can internally review your account to help us figure out where there problems are.
  • the operating system on your computer (e.g. Windows XP, MacOS, Linux, etc.).
  • the type and version of web browser you are using to access BlogPatrol (e.g., Internet Explorer ver 7, Mozilla Firefox ver 2, Safari ver 3, etc).

The reason why we're asking for this information is that we recently re-created the Password Reset function..

Naturally, if our users are having any problems with the password reset function, then we want to know about it!

Operating System: Mac OSX 10.5.1
Browser: Safari 3.0.4

Hi Kelsey, in addition to this posting this reply, we've followed up with you via email.

We think we have resolved the issue, so please let us know if you are still having any problems either resetting or using the password to your BlogPatrol account.

Using Vista Home & Firefox 3.45.2
Blog counter disappeared; have no success in re-pasting. Can't access account, get "invalid user" message.
