When you post your comment, please include:
- the URL or HTTP address of the blog that we are tracking for you. That way, we can internally review your account to help us figure out where there problems are.
- the operating system on your computer (e.g. Windows XP, MacOS, Linux, etc.).
the type and version of web browser you are using to access BlogPatrol (e.g., Internet Explorer ver 7, Mozilla Firefox ver 2, Safari ver 3, etc).
- The reason why we're asking for this information is that we recently did a lot of development to fix bugs in the log-in and authentication process.
Naturally, if our users are having any problems logging in, then we want to know about it!
