Your web traffic helps us to improve BlogPatrol!

Time zone days and hours inconsistent in your reports?

We have been working intently on resolving any remaining time zone issues with each user's stats reports. This effort has become a major project for us, and we need your help by way of feedback. Do you see any errors in your stats reports related to the time zone that you have selected for your account?

In conveying your report to us, please be sure to include the following info so that we can investigate the problem with your account:

Invalid XML data in your reports?

We have started to investigate an error that displays the message "Invalid XML data" in your Countries and other reports -- instead of the correct data for your account.

Reset Password not working?

The reason why we're asking for this information is that we recently re-created the Password Reset function..

Naturally, if our users are having any problems with the password reset function, then we want to know about it!
