Just curious. Are the records of hits lost during the times your icon's off?
^^That's what I want to know. Will I ever be able to get an accurate stat report of the number of hits and visitors since all of this madness went down? I can't even tell if I've reached over a million views!

You are correct: when one of your blog pages loads and you do not see the BlogPatrol icon, then BlogPatrol has not recorded that visit/hit. Also, we include this information on our conditions of service page.

I understand where you're coming from. You want accurate counts of your visitors and hits.
All I can tell you is that I'm doing the best I can to make it right given the resources I have with BlogPatrol as a part-time endeavor. This includes:
* being honest with BlogPatrol users about what's working and what's not
* re-investing all revenues back into bug fixing and development
* always thinking, always working to making BlogPatrol better
That said, I might not be able to make it right fast enough for you, but I can only do what I can do.

Anikin Skywriter: Anikin, you are right about the Beta BlogPatrol site. The signup and login links are removed from the beta site because we do not want our users to be confused between the live and beta sites. (This confusion happened a lot in the past before we turned off the links.)
